Destiney USA is a unique 1.3 million SF project providing retail, entertainment, accommodations and cultural attractions in a technologically enabled, secure, and environmentally friendly facility. Destiny USA is the largest LEED Gold Certified Project in the country (2012), designed and constructed implementing integrated project delivery (IPD) methodologies & fabrication level Building Information Modeling (BIM), and maintained a paperless environment starting in design continuing through construction executing one of the first “Digital Jobsites.”
