• Relocation of current PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for Elderly) program from the Bronx, New York to the Terence Cardinal Cooke health care center.

• The design is based on a “town center” concept with a park like setting with small shops and services.

• New facility to include a large gathering space,
theater, chapel, salon, barber shop, game room, computer room and coffee shop.
