The redevelopment of the former Shoppingtown Mall presents a unique opportunity to bring forward a master plan that accomplishes multiple tiers of community priorities. The approach for DISTRICT EAST matches that simple core belief, and in doing so complements nearly all of the county’s priorities enhancing the quality of life for residents of the town, county, and CNY region in general. District East will have residential housing, entertainment, restaurants, and hospitality, retail, and office.
