West Oaks Mall Redevelopment

West Oaks Mall is a 840,000 SF shopping mall positioned approx. 50 miles east of Orlando, Florida surrounded by residential communities. The property was significantly vacant and in dire need of a transformation. Our strategy proposed a complete rebranding of the property including a de-anchoring, partial de-malling and significant additions of new mixed-use occupancies including residential and hospitality.
