Paragon’s Cedar Retail Outlet Center is situated adjacent to a residential neighborhood on the site of a failed shopping center. The design for this center seeks to incorporate the pedestrian friendly planning principles adopted by the local municipality as well as preserve the operational logic of this successful outlet center developer. A high degree of materiality and detail is infused throughout the center.

The total floor area is 400,000 SF.

The total project cost is $51M.

The parking garage has 2,000 spaces.
