• The two projects for Community Wellness Partners involved redesigning the existing lobby to their nursing home and converting the first floor of their health care wing for a new PACE (Program for the All Inclusive Care for Elderly) Center.
• The redesigned lobby will create a more welcoming environment with a relocated reception desk, an upgraded waiting area and a new café gathering space adjacent to the gift shop.
• The new PACE Center will include a large day program space for daily meals and activities and a new clinic space with 4 exam rooms with associated support spaces.
