Dalpos has worked with H&M to create more than 100 of its stores in 17 states, including H&M’s flagship store located on Chicago’s “Miracle Mile” at 840 N. Michigan Avenue and Crocker Park, a lifestyle center in Westlake, Ohio. Dalpos worked extensively with H&M and the developer of the facility to produce a successful combination of H&M’s standards for the store design together with the exacting design standards for the streetscape established by the developer. 

The floor area is 8,000-40,000 SF.

The project cost between $300,000-1.5M.
