Grand Prairie Premium Outlets

Paragon Outlets at Grand Prairie is a 450,000 SF new center located in Grand Prairie, Texas. The project was challenged with site topography and traffic circulation conditions. The solution was strategic site orientation and incorporation of site retaining structures to accommodate a contiguous internal vehicular circulation while providing external roadways to traverse the perimeter of the site. The buildings were designed as steel frame and tilt-wall concrete structures taking advantage of regional construction techniques and labor force.

The total G.L.A. is 410,000 SF.
