Element Hotel

The Element project had to address challenges with site and meet specific zoning mandates while integrating the functional and creative requirements of Starwood and the Owner. These objectives were achieved through thoughtful siting of the building to take advantage of the Inner Harbor waterfront site views and promenade, clean and simple detailing and efficient use of materials.
