The “Upstairs at the Dinosaur” project transformed a former motorcycle repair shop located on the second floor into a much-needed expansion for this iconic Syracuse restaurant. An eclectic mix of “found” and refurbished materials such as salvaged barn wood, recycled wood planks and rusted corrugated metal was incorporated in the design of the two banquet / dining rooms and new balcony overlooking downtown.
