The mandate for this ground-breaking project was to develop a new collaborative team approach to construction by embracing the concepts of BIM enabled design, fastbuild and sustainability combined with advanced technologies and high quality construction. This 14,000 sf home was completed in 9 months and received the USGBC's highest certification - LEED Platinum.
