Redeveloped an existing enclosed mall to create a continuous indoor/outdoor pedestrian experience. Maximizing the efficiency of our guest circulation experience increased access to all tenant storefronts. De-anchoring an existing tenant also provided opportunity to create an outdoor entertainment space with a mix of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and comedy club.
