The existing building (former E.M. O'Donnel Office Building) has been converted to 75 spacious residential units and a fitness center, media rooms, a workshop, bicycle storage and retail tenant space on the first floor. The unique location of this building being adjacent to the Onondaga Creekwalk and the historic Niagara Mohawk Building one block from the Syracuse University Warehouse building and SU Connective Corridor provided the opportunity to create a link between the university and downtown. In 2015, the CNYAIA recognized this project with an Award of Merit.
