Converting an abandoned restaurant into medical office space presented design challenges and opportunities. Within the 10,000 SF existing footprint, Dalpos designed the clinic for Druger Eye Care. The new features included a covered main entry drop-off, reception area, a vision center, 12 exam rooms with a separate procedure room and associated support spaces.
