Unity Health's Edna Tina Wilson Center is a skilled nursing facility, located in Rochester, NY, which provides a home for 120 residents. The phased renovation will convert the central areas of each neighborhood to a 'social model' with country kitchens, family dining rooms, and decentralization of nurses stations.
