The first floor entry lobby and waiting areas of the Carmel Richmond Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Staten Island, NY, will be upgraded to provide for a more inviting and welcoming environment for it's residents and family members. Also included is the relocation of the chapel, renovations to the coffee shop, beauty salon, and gift shop as well as upgrading the resident activity/community room.
